Health, Safety and Protection

The safety and health of our visitors and staff is our top priority.

Our goal is to ensure that people who choose to spend their holidays with us, will have the most wonderful time without worrying about their health.

We are always aware of the latest informations and guidance on all safety measures for COVID-19, thus ensuring that Minaides Hotel is one of the safest destinations and workplaces.

New health measures and safety procedures

The cleanliness and hygiene of our hotel is of utmost importance to us, especially during this period. At Minaides Hotel, we adapt our operation taking into account the new safety standards and hygiene protocols in accordance with the instructions and recommendations of both the World Health Organization and the Ministry of Health.

Our Staff

Our staff complies with the health and safety protocols of the World Health Organization, such as hand disinfection, use of antiseptic, keeping distance, use of mask, etc.

Rooms

The rooms are always cleaned with utmost care, while all the necessary disinfection measures are observed to ensure the health of our customers.

Reception Services

In the hotel reception area, there is an antiseptic with which guests can disinfect their hands for the best protection of both themselves and others.

 – Existence of plexiglass in reception & bar & buffet in cafeteria at all times, availability of temperature check for customers.

 – Daily check of staff’s temperature with professional thermometer 

Cleaning & Tidying

Antiseptics are also available in all public areas of the hotel. All areas are cleaned with certified cleaning products and disinfectants against coronavirus. At the same time, during the day, our staff frequently disinfects all surfaces.

Food Safety & Restaurant

All the necessary checks are made regarding the food safety standards, as well as the disinfection of the kitchen and the hotel warehouses.

The tables in our restaurant area have been set up according to the government’s social distancing measures, while all employees in the kitchen and restaurant will necessarily use personal protective equipment, which includes masks, gloves and toiletries.

In order to maintain your own health and the health of our hotel staff, please observe the following:

• Wash your hands often with antiseptic which can be found in various areas of the hotel or wash them with soap and water.
• Avoid unnecessary contacts.
• Avoid touching your eyes, mouth and nose.
• When coughing or sneezing, cover your mouth with your elbow.
• Keep a distance of at least two half meters between you and others.
